I Am Resilient Virtual 5K
Healthy activities can be a source of strength for us to turn to when things are tough. Practicing enhancing our healthy activities can help us to build resilience. Practice your strengths by joining in with a run, walk, hike, or bike in our 5k supporting Mental Health Awareness Month as a part of De-Stress Fest
Date: May 2 - May 8
Who: Students, faculty, staff and community members
How it works:
- Register above, then choose how and where you participate. You choose your route and go at your own pace.
- Participate anytime between Sunday May 2 and Saturday May 8 and time yourself using your favorite method. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines.
- When you have completed your route, come back to this page to submit your time and a photo from your 5k journey. Those who submit a photo will be entered into a drawing for a hydroflask water bottle!
