Palousafest is the premier welcome back event on campus. Each year 3,000 to 5,000 new students, returning students, and community members attend this street fair to browse hundreds of student organizations, campus departments, and local businesses and non-profits and find out how to get involved with the Palouse community.

Schedule for table registration:
- Beginning May 5 - ASUI Affiliated Student Organizations (ASOs)
- Beginning May 12 - Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs)
- Beginning May 19 - all campus departments and community organizations

One free table and $30 per additional table for current ASOs, RSOs and University of Idaho affiliates or departments.
$30 per table for public entities, non-profits, community partners and all others. An invoice with payment instructions will be sent after the reservation form is approved.
Yes. Those interested in registering for a table once our limit has been reached will be added to a wait list. You will be contacted by Aug. 18 if a table becomes available.
Tables will be provided for you. If you would like to have a chair for the event please plan to bring your own.
No. The sale of merchandise is prohibited at Palousafest. This is an information sharing event only.

We anticipate that University, Local and State ordinances regarding COVID-19 will evolve over the summer. All vendors will receive information on what to expect regarding COVID guidelines on Friday, Aug. 13.
