Theoretical Framework & Approach:
We value an integrated and interdisciplinary approach to leadership development and education. Our programs are rooted in several modern theories and are often guided by: Critical Leadership Development Theory, Social Change Model, Transformational Leadership Theory, Relationship-Centered theories, Shared Leadership Theory, and Kouzes and Posner’s Best Leadership Practices.
