Have you ever asked yourself, “What exactly is leadership and why is it so difficult to pinpoint and define? Why is leadership so challenging, frustrating, and also rewarding? How can I improve my leadership skills and knowledge?”  – Then, the Vandals Lead series is for you…and frankly, everyone!

Vandals Lead uses a fun, engaging, and interdisciplinary approach to helping students’ leadership skills and knowledge. Participants will delve into and explore the concepts of leadership as it relates to group dynamics and leading with others. Contrary to popular opinion…leadership development is fun! It’s full of exploration, discovery, games, connection, purpose, and impact.

The Vandals Lead series is very inclusive and meets all students where they are in their leadership journey. Everyone will learn and grow from their experiences in I Lead.

Facilitation is conducted by experienced and dynamic leadership development professionals. Vandals Lead series offers 3 uniquely packaged sessions in the fall and spring semesters. There are only 25 seats available per session, so be the first to register. Participants must pre-register on VandalSync for each session and may attend as many sessions as they wish.

If you would like to unlock and participate in the secret and fun leadership event at the end of the semester, remember, you must engage in a minimum of 6 hours of leadership development programming, which is at least four I Lead/Vandals Lead sessions.
