Penny L. Tenuto, Ph.D., has held administrative and leadership positions in education and in the private sector. Her research is focused on ethical and inclusive leadership in education, which includes school leaders supporting teacher and student growth and achievement, modeling behaviors that promote dignity and respect for all individuals, understanding emotion in leadership and cultivating democratic and participatory processes to advance leadership, teaching and learning on a P-20 continuum.
