American Society of Materials Engineering (Materials Advantage)
Club Purpose & Goals
The American Society of Materials Engineering (MatAdv) club promotes a community for students to explore Materials Science and Engineering. We offer many opportunities within our organization to get involved such as conference attendance, company tours, and competitions. MatAdv focuses on the importance of materials for engineers and manufacturers in the design, quality and performance of products from the very inception of the design process. MatAdv meets monthly for meetings and guest speakers.
