OneDrive @ University of Idaho is now available! This new service will enable Office Online applications, allow online file storage, and provide new options for collaborating with colleagues, co-workers, classmates and instructors.
What is "OneDrive @ University of Idaho?"
It is a service available through Microsoft Office 365 for storing and sharing documents online. The documents are accessible through Office 365 ProPlus, Office Online and sync clients for your desktop.
You can directly edit saved documents in your web browser using Office Online, which includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more.
How will I access my files?
You can directly access your files by going to onedrive.uidaho.edu.
The next time you sign in to your email at vandals.uidaho.edu, you will also see the "OneDrive" menu item at the top of the page.
What can I store on OneDrive @ University of Idaho?
Students can store all academic documents without restrictions. Staff and faculty must follow certain guidelines for appropriate use. See our appropriate use page for more information on the guidelines for OneDrive.
