Anne E. Henderson joined the University of Idaho College of Law as an adjunct professor in 2019 to teach Civil Procedure I. She is also currently serving as a judicial law clerk to United States District Judge B. Lynn Winmill. From 2017 to 2019, Anne clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Candy W. Dale.
Anne received her B.A. from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon and her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law. She served as Editor-in-Chief of the Idaho Law Review and as a teaching assistant for legal research and writing courses.
During law school, Anne also worked for two years at the Nez Perce Tribe Office of Legal Counsel providing litigation analysis under the National Environmental Policy Act, National Forest Management Act, Endangered Species Act, Administrative Procedure Act, and other federal laws.
Anne is a member of Idaho Women Lawyers and the Access to Justice Idaho Leadership Committee. She lives in Boise, is a budding bikepacking enthusiast, a runner, and self-professed foodie.
