Hometown: Mountain Home, Idaho
I have lived and have family throughout Idaho. I went to the University of Idaho for my undergraduate as a 3rd generation Vandal, studying international relations and political science. I plan to practice in Northern Idaho and decided that the University of Idaho would be the best option for me, especially because of its close ties to the Idaho legal community. My interests are in civil litigation in many different facets, though I have many academic interests including Native American Law and Constitutional Law. Outside of school I enjoy hiking, swimming, and reading.
My words of advice: Law school can be grueling, but if you make sure that you stay organized and on top of the coursework it will make it significantly less so. Your mental health is incredibly important, ensure that you take care of yourself, take one day or evening off a week and make sure to do something physical (I go swimming a few times a week).
