Participate in a Study Investigating the Effects of Foods on Middle-School-Aged Children
August 09, 2019
Researchers in the School of Family and Consumer Sciences are recruiting children ages 11-14 to participate in a study exploring the relationships of the foods children eat, the nutrients found in their skin and the way they think.
The study requires one 90-minute in-person visit and two activities to be completed at home. Children must be willing to play games on an iPad and have their hand scanned by a safe blue light. Participants will receive a $10 Amazon gift card. More information is available by contacting Cassandra Partridge at 509-953-5343 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
