Use eHelp For Classroom Tech Support
August 21, 2019
Classroom support is available from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday through the “eHelp” feature on the system touch panel. To request technical support, log in and press the eHelp button to alert the nearest Technical Solutions Partner (TSP). The eHelp feature sends location information and allows a member to respond as quickly as possible, typically within five minutes. More information is available online or by calling 208-885-0570.
The top priority for ITS and TSPs is support for technology-enabled classrooms. ITS responds as quickly as possible to classroom service requests. If a tech dilemma is not classroom related, patience is requested. For service requests, go to support.uidaho.edu and submit an incident/ticket or request to get your issue into the work queue for support.
