Policy Pub Speaker Series in Boise Oct. 28

The University of Idaho's James A. and Louise McClure Center for Public Policy Research will present Policy Pub: Housing, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, at Pengilly's, 513 W. Main Street, Boise. The Policy Pub will showcase perspectives on housing and housing affordability in Idaho. Panelists will discuss initiatives in city and county government, describe housing development and planning and explore impacts on youth. Their remarks will be followed by a question-and-answer session with the audience.

Discussion panelists are Don Coberly, Ph.D., former Boise Independent School District Superintendent and current CEO of RISE, Treasure Valley’s Education Partnership; Diana Lachiondo, Ada County Commissioner and former Director of Community Partnerships for the City of Boise and Caleb Roope, The Pacific Companies President and CEO.

The McClure Center conducts research and provides reliable nonpartisan information on critical issues facing the state, region, nation and world.

Policy Pub is designed to engage Idahoans through stimulating conversations on a variety of policy topics.
