Student Profile on VandalWeb Is Expanding
September 13, 2019
Student Profile, originally introduced in VandalWeb for students and advisors in July 2017, is expanding. Features like Advisee List, Download Advisee List and Email Advisees were moved into Student Profile in June 2019. View, export and email advisee lists from within Student Profile. Reference guides for using Student Profile are available on the Registrar's Office website.
Advisee List has been replaced with View My Advisee Listing in Student Profile.
Download Advisee List has been replaced with Export Advisee Listing (located under the tools icon).
Email Advisees is now a link from the Advisee List and will send email to the selected students.
There is an additional column on the Advisee List, indicating if the student is active, inactive, or graduated. The Advisee List can be sorted by any column and filtered to create a custom list of students (e.g. active students only).
Advisor records will continue to be automatically updated through the online Change My Major process, but if any additional changes are needed it must be done directly through Banner pages (SGAADVR) by administrative staff in the advisor's department.
As VandalWeb evolves, additional pages will be moved to the new format. Updates will continue as changes are made to support technology solutions, information security and continuous improvement. Contact the Registrar's Office with any questions.
