U of I’s Student Alumni Board to Host Easter Egg Hunt April 3

MOSCOW, Idaho — March 29, 2021 — The University of Idaho’s Student Alumni Relations Board invites children up to age 12 to the Alumni and Friends Community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 3, on the Administration Lawn near the Hello Walk.
The staggered start schedule is: children 0-3 years, 10-10:45 a.m.; 4-6 years, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.; 7-9 years, 1-1:45 p.m.; and 10-12 years, 2:30-3:15 p.m. The fun begins promptly at each staggered start time and lasts until the eggs are gone.
“This traditional event includes a hunt not only for candy-filled eggs, but those finding silver and gold eggs receive extra special prizes,” said Kristi Overfelt, Office of Alumni Relations assistant director.
The hunt is free and open to the public, but registration at sarbeasteregghunt.eventbrite.com is required. The event is limited to 50 people (child/children plus one adult) per time slot.
Masks are required for attendees ages 2 and up. The egg hunt will be held even during inclement weather.
