Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship Applications Due April 3
The Office of Undergraduate Research invites undergraduate students from all disciplines at the University of Idaho to apply for a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF). The SURF Program is a 10-week summer program running June through early August that allows students to work full-time on faculty-mentored projects in any field of study. Applications are due April 3. OUR Fall Undergraduate Research Grant Proposals Due April 14
The Office of Undergraduate Research is soliciting research proposals from students in any discipline for competitive awards. Successful applicants will receive a project budget up to $1,000 to fund research, scholarly, or creative projects. Projects must be conducted under the supervision of a UI faculty mentor and are to be completed during the fall semester of 2017. The deadline for proposals is April 14, 2017. Read more.
DOE Office of Science Graduate Student Research Program Accepting Applications
The U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Science is accepting applications for the Office of Science Graduate Research (SCGSR) program for 2017. Applications are due at 5 p.m. Eastern Time (2 p.m. Pacific Times) on Tuesday, May 16, 2017. Read more.
Intelligence Community Postdoctoral Research Fellowship Applications Open
Postdoctoral researchers are invited to apply to the Intelligence Community Postdoctoral Research Fellowship Program, which offers scientists and engineers unique opportunities to conduct research in a wide range of topics relevant to the intelligence community. Eligible postdocs must be U.S. citizens and have received their Ph.D. within five years of the deadline. Read more.
