COVID-19 Vaccine Pre-Registration

Access a Vaccine From Anywhere in the US

Students are encouraged to get vaccinated before coming to campus. Find a COVID-19 vaccine at any time by visiting vaccines.gov/search to find a location near year. If you get a two-dose vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna), your first and second doses do not need to be accessed in the same location. Most locations are available for walk-in appointments.

Pre-register for a Vaccine Clinic on Campus (Moscow Location)

University of Idaho is hosting ongoing vaccine clinics provided by RiteAid. Faculty, staff and students can get their first, second or booster doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccines or first or booster doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccines at these clinics. View information about booster eligibility from the CDC. Please pre-register for a spot at a campus clinic via the form below. While pre-registration through this form is not required and walk-ins are welcome, pre-registration helps prepare enough supplies and clinics to ensure all who want to vaccinate are able.

Please remember, you are not fully vaccinated until two weeks after your second dose of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccines or after your first dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Please arrive prepared to complete paperwork, bring your insurance card if you have one and photo ID. Plan to stay 10-15 minutes after your vaccine to be monitored for any side effects.
